YOUR ASTROLOGICAL READING

What to expect

Contrary to common belief, astrology cannot predict future events because the most important factor in a person’s life is their free will and ability to create their own destiny. However, during a Natal Chart or Tree of Life reading, you can gain insights into different areas of your life as well as into the future astrological trends, so you can know them in advance and make your choices accordingly.

Profound meaning emerges through symbolism and dialogue

Before an astrological consultation, I dedicate extensive time to studying the vast potential contained in the astrological charts and diagrams. However, this study truly comes to life during the consultation, where dialogue with the client allows the chart’s symbolism to be explored and connected to their life experiences. It is through this interactive process that the chart’s hidden potential emerges and comes to light.

Guidance and Freewill

My astrological readings are intended to provide clients with an overview of their personal traits and the planetary influences ahead. While I offer guidance, I do not provide specific advice on any matter, as I prioritise and respect every person’s free will. Consequently, I cannot take responsibility for any decisions the client may make following an astrological reading.

BIRTH DATA

Birth Data

Your astrological reading will be based on the Birth Data (Date, Time and Place) you provided when completing your booking form. After booking, you will receive a message to confirm this information. Once confirmed, the study of your chart will begin based on the provided data. Any significant changes to your birth data made after confirmation or during the session cannot be incorporated into the reading.

Birth Time Accuracy

When providing your Birth Details, please ensure your Time of Birth is as accurate as possible. Please note that readings with a birth time that is more than 30 minutes inaccurate will have a more general feel. Even within a 10-minute range, some areas of the reading may be incomplete. Therefore, I recommend providing the most accurate time you can.

If you do not know your time of birth, you may want to consider an “Astrological Rectification” study with an astrologer specialised in this field, to determine your exact time. Please note, I do not offer this service.

Data Confidentiality

Your Birth Data, along with all personal details provided when booking your session, will be treated with complete confidentiality.

DETAILS OF THE SESSION

Appointment

After you submit your preferred date and time for the session through the calendar, I will confirm your appointment and that slot will be reserved exclusively for you

All sessions are held online via Zoom.

For optimal flow, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and that your device has good audio and camera capabilities. It is preferable to use a computer or device with a large screen, as this will make it easier to view the documents I will share during the session.

Duration of the Session

The duration of the consultation is specified at the time of booking. Please note that an additional 10 minutes may be required to establish or re-establish the online connection in case of technical issues. This extra time will be added to the end of the session.

Punctuality

Once the session time has been agreed upon, punctuality is important. Any time delay cannot be added to the end of the consultation.

The day before the session, you will receive the astrological charts, documents, or Tree of Life diagrams that we will view during the consultation.

If you are using a device with a small screen (such as a mobile phone), I recommend printing these documents in advance to ensure you can view them clearly while I share them on the screen.

Recording of the Session and Written Reports

I do not provide written reports of the sessions- However, you are welcome to take notes during the consultation.

If requested, I can offer audio recordings (not video) of online consultations. Please note, though, that I cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of these recordings, as technical issues may occur. Alternatively, you are welcome to record the session yourself using an external audio device, such as a phone.

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING A SESSION

Once your booking payment is received, I will begin studying the astrological charts and diagrams necessary for your reading. Therefore, please note that all payments for consultations are non-refundable.

Once your appointment date and time are confirmed, that slot will be reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to cancel the session, the fee remains non-refundable, but you may reschedule your session for a later date.
To reschedule the session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated, and the fee will remain non-refundable. However, the time slot will still be reserved for you in case that you are able to attend.
If you do not attend your scheduled session, the fee will remain non-refundable, and rescheduling will not be possible.
In the unlikely event that the astrologer cannot attend your scheduled session, you will be notified in advance and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for another date and time.

CODE OF ETHICS

Confidentiality

I adhere to the Code of Ethics established by the Faculty of Astrological Studies.

In accordance with this Code, I maintain full confidentiality regarding personal information, written communications, and the topics discussed during sessions. Under no circumstances will I disclose these matters to any third parties.
